At Nakiros Charter, we value transparency and your safety. Please review our booking terms and flexible cancellation policy below.

🛡️ The Nakiros Guarantee
Your safety is our top priority. If we cancel a trip or charter due to unsafe weather conditions or technical reasons, you are entitled to:
  • A Full Refund of your deposit, OR
  • An Alternative Date for your tour (subject to availability).

⏳ Free Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. We offer free cancellation under the following terms:
  • Multi-Day Charters: Free cancellation up to 14 days before the start date.
  • Day Trips & Excursions: Free cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled trip.
  • Note: For cancellations made after these periods, the deposit is non-refundable.

 
💳 Booking & Confirmation
 
  • Secure Your Spot: A deposit of 20% of the total price is required to secure your reservation.
  • Confirmation: Please note that your booking is officially confirmed only after the 20% advance payment has been received.
